The Compass Flight Deck program provides flexible, secure interactive online courses with real time face to face classes from a qualified teacher via the internet.

Tozai has established Compass Aviation English Academy (CAEA).

CAEA delivers the Flight Deck program consisting of four courses named Open, Basic, Advanced and Pro.

In addition all CAEA students studying the Flight Deck Basic, Advanced and Flight Deck Pro courses have the opportunity to take face to face classes with a qualified Compass instructor in a private face to face class.
