Tozai has established a range of English language courses designed to help the Japanese student learn English.

Tozai delivers the Communicate language program designed for students from Kindergarten to University levels.

The Communicate language courses have been developed by Peter Carter and Taeko Kashiwagi who establed Beat Eikaiwa in 2007. However during the Covid-19 pandemic they moved their courses online and now focus on tutoring students with the latest integrated Learning Management System (LMS) and face-to-face classes via the internet.
